Signature & Delivery Confirmation

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery, depending on order value, destination, or delivery conditions. This requirement is determined to ensure flowers are received promptly and not left unattended.

Make sure to:

- Provide an accurate delivery address

- Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment on the scheduled delivery date.

If a signature is required and no one is available, FedEx may delay delivery to the next business day. Delays caused by missed delivery attempts can impact flower quality and are not considered product defects.

To ensure your flowers last as long as possible and stay looking their best, be sure to follow our Flower Care tips under the "Flower Care" tab of each of your flowers. Proper care will enhance their longevity and beauty. 

What to Expect When Your Order Arrives

- Flowers may arrive in multiple boxes and shipments

- Blooms may appear tight, dormant, or dehydrated after transit

- Natural variation in size, color, and form is expected and normal

With proper hydration and care, flowers should recover, open, and perform as intended.
