Order Changes and Cancellations Policy

We completely understand that plans can change, and we're here to make the cancellation process as easy as possible for you. Please take a moment to review our cancellation guidelines:

Cancel with Ease: 

We’re happy to help with cancellations when plans change. To keep everything running smoothly, please cancel your order at least 8 business days before your scheduled delivery date (as long as your order doesn’t include tinted products). A small 5% cancellation fee applies to cover processing and handling.

NOTE: During Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day seasons, flowers are carefully prebooked with our growers. Because of this, we’re unable to accept cancellations made within 15 days of the delivery date during these peak periods.

Need to edit your order? We totally get that life can throw curveballs. However, due to the advanced preparation of your order, changes within 7 business days of the delivery date can’t be accepted. However, if you reach out to us ahead of time, we can look into this for you and make it happen!
