While we do everything we can to make sure your order arrives as expected, there are times when factors like bad weather or unexpected carrier delays can affect the timing. These situations are rare, but we work hand-in-hand with our delivery partners to minimize any delays and ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Please note that in some cases, the carrier may require a signature upon delivery. We recommend reaching out directly to the carrier after receiving your tracking number if you'd like to request a signature release or leave specific delivery instructions.

Before completing your checkout, we kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address to ensure all details are accurate, including any important information such as apartment numbers or specific instructions for the delivery company. Missing these crucial details may lead to delays that we unfortunately won't be able to refund if the delivery arrives after your event. We appreciate your attention to this, as it helps us ensure a smooth and timely delivery for you.

To ensure your flowers arrive fresh and vibrant, we carefully pre-treat each bloom to withstand minor shipping delays. Even if your delivery is delayed by a day or two, your flowers will still arrive in beautiful condition.

We strongly recommend scheduling your delivery 2–3 days before your event to allow for any unexpected shipping issues. This buffer helps ensure your flowers arrive on time and stress-free.
