Flower Care Tinted Baby's Breath:
Tinted Baby’s Breath is delicate, airy, and long-lasting when cared for properly. Because it is tinted, a few extra steps help maintain color vibrancy and keep the stems fresh.
By following these tips, you’ll be able to enjoy the beauty of your beautiful flowers for a longer period!
1. Trim the Stems
- Remove all packaging as soon as possible.
- Give each stem a fresh diagonal cut (about ½ inch) to help them drink water more easily.
- Place them in a clean vase with cool, fresh water.
2. Change Water Regularly
- Change the water every 1–2 days to prevent cloudiness and bacteria buildup.
- When changing the water, remember to re-cut the stems to help them drink more efficiently.
3. Display in a cool spot for maximum longevity.
- Avoid placing them near direct sunlight, heating vents, or appliances that give off heat.
4. Prevent Color Transfer
- Avoid resting them on fabric or porous surfaces while wet—the dye may transfer.
- When changing water, handle slowly to prevent dripping tinted water onto counters or clothing.
5. Remove Any Spent Blooms
- Though long-lasting, some buds may brown over time.
- Snip away any dried or discolored sections to keep the bouquet looking fresh.
7. Drying Option
- Hang stems upside down in a cool, dark area
- Once dry, keep them away from moisture to prevent fading or color bleed.
