Pink Anemones

Our Pink Anemones are striking, delicate flowers that add a fresh and elegant touch to any floral arrangement. With their soft, pastel pink petals, these blooms offer a gentle, romantic appeal. The centers of Pink Anemones can range from dark, inky black to a lighter shade of purple or even soft yellow, creating a beautiful contrast that highlights the softness of the petals and adds depth to the overall flower. This variation in center color gives Pink Anemones a dynamic quality, allowing them to complement a wide range of color palettes. • Blooming Time: Anemones need 2 days to fully hydrate and bloom after following our care instructions under the “Flower Care” tab, ensuring they’re in peak condition for your event.
• Stem length: 7-10 inches long.
• Each bloom can range from 2-3 inches in diameter
• One bloom per stem.

Flower Care Anemones:

Anemones are stunning flowers with vibrant, bold petals, and with the right care, they can last for several days in a vase. Here are some tips for keeping cut anemones fresh and beautiful.

1. Trim the Stems

• Cut at an Angle: Trim the stems about 1-2 inches from the bottom using sharp, clean scissors or a floral knife. Cut at a 45-degree angle to increase the surface area for water absorption.
• Underwater Cutting: If possible, cut the stems underwater to prevent air bubbles from entering the stems, which can block water absorption. Make sure to remove any rubber bands or plastic sleeves/paper around the bunches.

2. Remove Foliage Below Waterline

• Gently remove any leaves or foliage that will be submerged in the water. This helps prevent bacterial growth and keeps the water clean, which will extend the life of your flowers.

3. Place in Fresh Water

• Use a Clean Vase: Fill a clean vase with lukewarm water (not too hot or cold), as warm water helps the flowers hydrate more efficiently.
• Add Flower Food: If you have flower food, mix it into the water as instructed. Flower food provides essential nutrients and helps prevent bacterial growth. If you dont have flower food, just plain water will do the trick.

4. Keep the Water Fresh

• Change the water everyday to keep it clear and free of bacteria. Always trim the stems slightly when changing the water to maintain hydration.

5. Avoid Direct Sunlight and Heat

• Keep your flowers in a cool, shaded spot, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or drafts. Excessive heat can cause the flowers to wilt prematurely.

6. Maintain Proper Temperature

• Flowers thrive in temperatures between 65-72°F (18-22°C). Avoid placing them in cold drafts or near heating vents, as extreme temperatures can shorten their lifespan.

7. Re-cut the Stems if Needed

• If the flowers begin to droop or wilt prematurely, re-cut the stems by about 1 inch and place them back into fresh water. This can help improve water absorption and revive the flowers.
